Our technicians are our front lines, and we acknowledge that they need strong support to provide our clients with top-notch, expert service. The safety of technicians needs to be a priority from the very beginning in all HVAC jobs and at Atlantic Westchester, we take safety seriously.
In an effort to create a culture of safety within our company, we recently established a Safety Committee dedicated to ensuring all of our employees are properly protected. The committee works together to develop a safer workplace, provide solutions for safety hazards, and provide multiple contacts throughout the company to report and discuss potential safety issues.
Through consistent training, Atlantic Westchester employees are empowered to recognize potential hazards and call a “time-out” if a site is unsafe. The committee meets on a quarterly basis to review recent safety concerns and to offer proactive solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
