What do you love about working at Atlantic Westchester?
The thing I love best about working for Atlantic Westchester is that when they said we’re like a family here, it truly feels like a family. I’ve worked for many shops that have said that, but it never actually felt like that. And I also love that I’m working on equipment that I’ve never worked on before and am still learning new things.
What’s one HVAC tip or best practice that facility managers should keep in mind?
One thing I’d say to a new tech in the industry is to learn as much as you can and truly listen to the old-timers that you work with. They have some of the best tricks that’ll make you a better tech and most times, make your task easier.
