What do you love about working at AW?
What I love about working at AW is how we operate as a family. I feel that everybody helps each other to achieve our goals, fix equipment and be one-better every day as technicians. Since being on board, I have felt comfortable with everybody that I work with. This has made working for AW very enjoyable and has also helped shape me into the technician I am today!
How has AW helped you grow in your career?
AW has helped me grow in my career because they gave me the opportunity to grow. I came from a very different side of the trade and upon arriving, was accepted with open arms. AW has given me the chance to sharpen my skills and become a better technician without the fear of failure. We work on various types of equipment, and I am learning something new every day. This makes us well rounded technicians with a lot of knowledge and experience across the board.
